The Eucharist is “a sacrament of love, a sign of unity, a bond of charity, a Paschal banquet ‘in which Christ is consumed, the mind is filled with grace, and a pledge of future glory is given to us.” (Catechism of the Catholic Church, 1323) Our parish family looks forward to coming to God’s table together with the First Communicants from our Religious Education program and our RCIA candidates.  May God bless them and their families as they prepare for their First Eucharist, “the sum and summary of our faith!”  (CCC, 1327)
