Filipino Diocesan Music Ministry (FDMM)
To promote and provide Filipino Liturgical music at Filipino Masses and special events in the Diocese of Brooklyn
The Filipino Diocesan Music Ministry (FDMM) was formed in September 1991 under the umbrella of the Ministry of Filipino Immigrants (MFI), formerly known as the Filipino Diocesan Apostolate (FDA). The MFI is one of the ethnic group organizations created by the late Bishop Thomas Daily to coordinate all the migrant affairs of the Diocese of Brooklyn. FDMM has been providing Filipino liturgical music to various churches and diocesan events such as Santo Nino, Black Nazarene, San Lorenzo, etc., hoping to promote Filipino music, culture and traditions.
